Lewide Enterprises is a registered land dealer in Kajiado County, Kenya, with offices in Kitengela town. Contact: info@lewideenterprises.co.ke.
2. Information on this website
Prices, plot availability, amenities and images are provided in good faith and may change without notice. A formal signed Sale Agreement, not this website, is the binding document for any purchase.
3. Payment and installments
All payments must be made to Lewide Enterprises' official bank account or M-Pesa Paybill. Cash-in-hand or payments to individual accounts are not authorised. Installment plans, penalties and refund terms are set out in your signed agreement.
4. Title deeds
Title deed transfer is completed once full payment is received and the standard Ministry of Lands transfer process is completed (typically 30–90 working days depending on the parcel).
5. Site visits
Site visits are free and by appointment. Transport from Kitengela town is provided by Lewide.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Lewide's liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid to us for a specific plot.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
